I don't see any addendum stickers.
No more overpriced forced dealer add on high profit items.
One of my favorites was nitrogen at $199-$299.

A 2024 Bronco Badlands came in 3 weeks ago. Very nice and very desirable with hard top and leather. They priced it $3400 below MSRP and it’s still not sold. They still have a 2023 too. Things changed quickly!

Yeah, most people interested in a BS are now waiting for the refresh that should be landing soon. I have a 2023 and might also be upgrading to a 2025 or 26, if the interior quality is much superior

If I had thought a hybrid might be out in 2024 would I have delayed my 2023 purchase? Maybe? Nah, if I cared that much about a more luxurious interior and getting a hybrid I would have bought the CRV.

I don't do the miles per for a hybrid but if I were to buy a Hybrid, it would only be a Toyota product. Most likely a RAV4 and I'm a Honda guy when it comes to Honda or Toyota.

The RAV4 Prime is nice, but the appearance really turns me off. Same with many other new cars:

The BS is one of the few SUVs that has an attractive design, IMHO.

The retro great look is why I bought a BS. The RAV4 Prime is a plug in with an ICE engine. If I was going RAV4 route, it would be the hybrid.

How much were they asking for the new 2024 Badlands?

There are definitely deals to be had. I went to the local dealer while I had my stock speakers replaced. Had 3 hours to kill. 2023 Bronco Sport Heritage, 37,xxx and I had an deal worked out to 3500 discout, 6500 cast, plus another 1250, and i would have negotiated their addon theft of 1500 to their cost. Invoice was 36,xxx. They were offering me 22500 for my 2022 with 15,333 miles on it. I couldnt justify the price.. i think total it would have come out to 29,xxx with TTL.

You should try Carvana. M y '23 OBX is at 31k. For whatever reason it always shows up as green.

Read an aritcle on Ford Authority the other day about most all the manufacturers having large inventories. As I recall Ford has a 97 day supply, Jeep had 123. GM has the lowest among the Big Three.

Also saw where F150 sales are down 13% in Q1 compared to last year. Ford also lost 1.7 B on EV sales in Q1. They need to pump out pickups and SUV's to make up for their losses and they aren't selling. They have a problem. I'm surprised stockholders aren't up in arms about the losses on EV's. All the manufacturers now have rebates on trucks, their best selling product. Heavy duty pickups are still in short supply. Smart operators would pare back on units that aren't selling and increase those in short supply, but auto makers aren't very nimble. Instead they try to pump out more F150's with rebates rather than change to production mix.

I suspect the so called "resilient consumer" is tapped out. Credit card debt is at an all time high. I'd like to see delinquency on auto loans and bankruptcy data.

It's becoming a buyers' market, yet vehicles are grossly overpriced by inflation and poor marketing policies of auto makers. Still Ford has $25B in cash.
